Initially introduced in 2010 to celebrate the last of the Los Angeles legend's 5 NBA championship titles, Nike is reissuing a new version of its model in tribute to the late Kobe Bryant .
The Nike Kobe 5 Protro (2020) 5 Rings features a blue leather upper enhanced by several touches of yellow on the front of the pair. The model perfectly displays the Lakers ' colors with this Concord/Midwest Gold colorway. Several inscriptions of the number 5 scroll across the model in several forms: cursive letters, Roman numerals, numbers... A midsole offering a yellow and purple gradient as well as a white outsole complete the last details of this 2020 version.
