Shipping & Delivery

How does delivery work?

We deliver our products to your home via Chronopost , but also with Colissimo (at home, in relay or in locker) and Mondial Relay (at home, in relay or in locker).

Products marked “EXPRESS DELIVERY 24H” are already available in our premises, authenticated and ready for shipment.

  • Order placed before 3 p.m. → shipped the same day.
  • Order placed after 3 p.m. → shipped the next business day.
  • Delivery via Chronopost → delivery takes place the working day following dispatch, before 6 p.m.

If the product you order is not in stock at our premises, it is sourced individually from our network of European partner resellers.

👉 The processing time is then 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Upon receipt at our premises, the product is authenticated, checked, repackaged and then shipped within 24 hours.

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on their receipt date, to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.

After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Once the product has been shipped, a second email with a tracking number is sent to you so you can follow its delivery in real time.

  • Colissimo relay Pickup : between 24 and 48 hours

In the event of absence, the carrier automatically offers a new date or availability at a relay/locker .

  • The exact delivery time is displayed when choosing the carrier when ordering.

Do you deliver to France? Abroad?

✅ Yes! We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, French overseas territories , throughout the European Union , the United Kingdom , Switzerland , as well as many other international countries (America, Asia, Oceania, Maghreb).

How can I track my package in real time?

Once your order has been validated, it will appear in your “My Account” area with the status “In Process” until it is shipped.

Once your product has been checked, authenticated and shipped from our premises, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website ( Chronopost, Colissimo Mondial Relay, DHL or UPS ) to track your package in real time.

  • 📦 Chronopost : step-by-step tracking (preparation, collection, delivery, scheduled delivery, etc.) with the added option of rescheduling your delivery (new date, drop-off at a Pickup relay point, delivery to a neighbor).
  • 📦 Colissimo & Mondial Relay : online tracking from the link provided in your shipping email.

⏱️ Delivery times start from the shipping confirmation email .

⚠️ In case of delay or if the tracking does not evolve, this may be due to exceptional delays linked to the carrier (strikes, high activity, exceptional conditions).

Why haven't I received my package tracking number?

If you have not yet received your tracking number , this means that your order has not yet been shipped and is either:

  • being transported to our premises,
  • either being checked and authenticated by our experts.

👉 As soon as your order is handed over to one of our carriers ( Chronopost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay ), you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number as well as a direct link to follow its delivery in real time.

Our processing times are 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) when the product must be sourced from our European partners. These times may exceptionally be extended depending on product availability, economic conditions, or the carrier.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Don't worry 🖤 If you're not there when the delivery person arrives, here's what happens depending on the carrier you choose:

  • Chronopost : you will receive a notification (email/SMS) allowing you to reschedule delivery to another date, choose delivery to a Pickup relay point or request a drop-off with a neighbor.
  • Colissimo : If the package fits in your mailbox, it will be delivered directly there. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left and your package will be available at a post office, relay point, or Pickup locker.
  • Mondial Relay : If you have chosen delivery to a relay point or locker, the package will be automatically delivered there. For home delivery, if you are not there, it can be redirected to the nearest relay point.
  • DHL : The delivery person will leave a delivery notice and your package can be collected from a DHL collection point near you. You can also reschedule delivery via the tracking link (new date or new address).
  • UPS : Your package can be dropped off at a UPS Access Point near your home. With UPS tracking, you can also request a new home delivery or choose a different pickup location.

👉 All these options (new delivery, collection from a relay point, drop-off at a neighbor's, etc.) are offered directly via the carrier's tracking link that you received by email or SMS.

Orders

How to place an order?

All you need to do is:

  1. Choose your pair of sneakers or your item from our catalog.
  2. Select the desired size then click on “Add to cart” .
  3. Validate your basket and fill in your delivery and payment information.

    Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique number (#XXXXX).
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?

Modification : As long as your order has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service promptly. We can adjust your address or cancel the item.


Cancellation : Only possible before shipment. Once the package has been shipped, you will need to go through the return procedure.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

After payment validation, you receive:

  • A confirmation email with your order number (#XXXXX).
  • Your order also appears in the “My Orders” tab of your customer account.

If you haven't received anything after 30 minutes, check your spam or contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure payment solutions to give you maximum flexibility:

When will I be charged?

The debit is made immediately after validation of the order .

  • One-time payment : the total amount is charged at the time of confirmation.
  • 📆 Payment in installments (Alma or PayPal) : the first payment is immediate, then the following payments are automatically staggered according to the chosen plan (2x, 3x or 4x).

👉 You always receive a clear summary of your payment schedule when you validate your payment.

Can I order without creating an account?

No. Creating an account is necessary to ensure better tracking of your order, benefit from your purchase history and access after-sales service (returns, warranty, invoices).

How do I track the status of my order?

Go to “My Account” → “My Orders” to see:

  • In preparation
  • Shipped (with tracking number)
  • Delivered

You also receive emails at each important milestone.

What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?

Check your spam or promotions.


Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly.


If necessary, contact our support with your first/last name and payment method.

What if I made a mistake in my delivery address?

Contact our customer service as soon as possible via our " Contact Us " page.

If the package has not yet been shipped, we will update your information.

If the package has already been sent, you can reschedule delivery directly via Chronopost/DHL.

What should I do if my order is late or not received?

Check the tracking sent by email.


If the carrier indicates a problem (delay, lost package, etc.), contact us.

We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, we will offer you a suitable solution (new shipment or refund).

Our items come exclusively from our network of European reseller partners , selected for their expertise and reliability.

They are delivered to you in their original box , with all the accessories provided by the brand. We also add a VOSneakers seal and an authenticity card signed by the expert who carried out the inspection, as a guarantee.

How do we get limited products that are not available in stores or on traditional websites?

The products we offer are released in very limited quantities and are often immediately out of stock in stores or on traditional sites.

Exchanges and refunds

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request the modification or cancellation of your order by contacting our customer service, provided that it is not an EXPRESS 24H order.

Indeed, if you have placed an EXPRESS 24H order, it is very likely that by the time you want to modify it, it is already being prepared or shipped 🚀. In this case, don't worry: you will simply have to follow the standard return procedure .

Can I exchange a product?

Yes ✅ You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

For the exchange to be accepted, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must never have been worn .
  2. It must be returned in its original box and packaging , with all accessories and the VOSneakers seal intact .
  3. The package must be properly protected (original packaging or suitable cardboard).
  4. You must slip the return slip inside the package.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, you will receive an email confirming its acceptance or refusal .

  • ✅ If accepted: the refund is made within 10 working days maximum on the initial payment method .
  • 💰 Amount refunded = Price paid – return costs deducted .
  • ⚠️ An additional banking delay of 3 to 7 working days may apply depending on your banking institution.

Can I request a refund?

Yes ✅ You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund.

For your return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Never worn (simply trying on allowed).

  • Be protected in a suitable shipping carton.

Refund :

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm acceptance or refusal of the return by email.

  • 💰 Amount = Price paid – return shipping costs deducted .
  • ⚠️ Depending on your bank, an additional delay of 3 to 7 working days may apply.

Special cases:

  • If your product is deemed not to comply with the return conditions , you will be informed within 7 days and can request its return (shipping costs of €10 at your expense).

How do you determine the price of products?

The products we offer are released in limited quantities and very quickly run out of stock in stores or on traditional sites.

Our mission is to make these authentic and rare products accessible to our customers at the best possible price. To achieve this, we work with a network of reliable partner resellers across Europe.

  • the model, the size and its rarity,
  • market demand at the time of sale,
  • the prices offered by our reseller partners.

This market works a bit like a stock market : prices can fluctuate up or down depending on supply and demand. Our role is to put our resellers in competition to offer you the fairest and most competitive price, while guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of the products.

👉 The price displayed on our site is the final price of the product . The only additional costs are delivery costs , which vary depending on the destination country and the amount of your order.

Why do some products appear as 'Unavailable'?

If a product is displayed as “Currently Unavailable” , this means that it has become very difficult to obtain, even within our network of partner resellers.

👉 In this case, we cannot guarantee a price or give a specific date when it will be back in stock.

However, sometimes certain products reappear punctually thanks to our sourcing. We therefore advise you to regularly check our site or subscribe to our newsletter to be informed first as soon as a model becomes available again.

Size guide

Are the products unisex or specific to men/women?

The vast majority of products sold on VOSneakers are unisex , meaning they can be worn by both men and women.

However, we recommend that you always refer to your usual European size , which remains the same from one model to another.

To help you, a detailed size guide is available on each product sheet to avoid any confusion and allow you to choose the most suitable size or size.

What are the maximum and minimum sizes?

At VOSneakers , we offer a very wide choice of sizes, ranging from 17 to 54 , in order to meet the needs of both the smallest and the largest.

However, availability depends on each model: some sizes may not be offered because they are extremely rare or difficult to obtain from our network of partner resellers.

👉 If a size is listed as "currently unavailable" , this means we are unable to supply it at the moment. However, you can click "Get notified" on the product page to be notified by email as soon as this size becomes available again.

How do I know my shoe size?

To choose the right size, we advise you to refer to your usual Nike size , which is a good basis for comparison.

👉 Please note: some luxury brand shoes tend to run larger , while specific models (like Yeezys or Air Force 1s ) may run differently. Specific instructions are available directly on the product sheets to guide you.

The “VOSneakers Family” loyalty program is developed by the company VOSneakers , a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 942 841 669 , whose head office is located at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris .

These general conditions define the terms of participation in the program allowing the accumulation of points and access to benefits.

2. Purpose

The VOSneakers Family loyalty program aims to reward customer loyalty by offering them exclusive benefits when they shop on the vosneakers.com website.

The program allows you to accumulate points that can be converted into benefits and to access different statuses giving you the right to specific privileges.

The program is only valid for purchases made on the VOSneakers website.

3. Membership in the program

Membership is free and automatic as soon as the customer:

  • creates a customer account on the site, or
  • subscribe to the VOSneakers newsletter.

Each email address is unique and can only be used for one membership.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. In the event of changes (excluding email addresses), these can be updated from the customer area.

4. Allocation of points

  • €1 spent = 1 point collected (excluding delivery and return costs).
  • Points are credited to the customer's account 17 days after validation of the order , in order to cover the legal withdrawal and return period.
  • In case of cancellation or refund, the corresponding points are canceled.

6. Validity of points and promotional codes

  • Points are valid for 12 months . Each new purchase resets the validity period of points already acquired.
  • Tier promo codes are sent automatically by email and are valid for 12 months .
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with each other and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Personal data

As part of membership in the program, VOSneakers collects the following data:

  • Name, first name, email address.
  • Date of birth (optional).

In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act , the member has the right to access, rectify, delete, transfer and oppose the processing of their data.

8. Termination

  • By the member : membership can be terminated at any time by simple request to customer service (WhatsApp, telephone or email).
  • By VOSneakers : In the event of fraud, abuse or non-compliance with the rules, membership may be suspended or terminated without notice or compensation.

9. Modification of the program

VOSneakers reserves the right to modify the terms of the program at any time (conditions for awarding points, benefits, status).

In the event of program termination, members will be given one month's notice.

10. Applicable law

These regulations are subject to French law . Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the legal rules in force.
